According to the Training, Advanced Skills and Ongoing Professional Development for the non-teaching staff Program – Res. No- 679/10, and the survey on university needs, the General Secretary of Academic Affairs defined as an action line implementing Ongoing training for the staff of the Rectorate, institutes within the university, General Secretaries, and other operating areas.

All these actions aimed on the training and ongoing professional Development for the non-teaching staff ensure the improvement of the working and personal skills requested for the success of the administrative management. This will be systematic, open, and in a democratic participation for the non-teaching staff from different categories.
